I waited for 40 minutes without getting anything done. I complained and left in disgust. Later on I drove back to Roe*****ery Car Care to pick up my DMV letter for the smog test that I forgot, Mr. Spitzer found it under a lot of stuff.He actually intensively hidden my order sheet from the sight of the technician at the beginning to let me wait.
Three things are wrong here,
1. Roe*****ery Car Care can't make a customer wait as a punishment or even suggest that;
2. It's not fair to work on a succeeding appointment first when that customer was also late, and especially when I arrived earlier with a preceding appointment was the only one waiting on site. Since I was the only Asian/colored person in line at that time, that's why I complained about discrimination;
