房屋損傷和鄰居

各位大俠，我有一個Townhome在houston，最近我發現我家的屋頂水簷因為鄰居的樹在風吹動時的搖晃弄壞。但是我們都是買的二手房，不能證明是他買房後發生的損失。請教如何求得賠償？
