一失足成千古恨--駕照被吊銷！極度痛苦中。。。

去年一月得了ticket，但後來搞錯日期忘了上庭，有回國了一堂，回來後已過了半年，得知駕照被吊銷，趕快去法院去交了罰款。駕照被恢複有效。但我又沒有按時完成交通學校的考試，現在有過期3個月了。因為有吊銷的紀錄，（3年後DMV才刪除記錄,）好幾家大保險公司已不願接受我了，小公司趁機宰我，要價5000刀。真是頭疼死了。我該怎辦？請大俠們支招。感激不盡！
