If you sent certified mail to them. You should have the receipt from post office. Then you can go to post office to check to see who signed the letter. That is the first step you should take to make sure they received the money. If for some reasons they actually didn't get check, then they have full right to evict you. You are better to prepare to show that you did send check to them in case they take you to the court. It will not be good for you if you lost in the court because it goes to your credit rating. Another way you can do is to send another check right away with certified mail with signature required from them. You will get returned slip with their signature on it. Good luck.
