There were damages on the carpet by the sub-leaser--it was
his deposit. I didn't count on getting it the moment I moved in
for the two months-stay.

My credit was at risk at that time--even if I did win in court, it
could cost me more time to keep it clean.

It was not a good experience but I did learn some thing.
