即使個人用藥也不能用你所說的方式進口。 Your best bet is corporating with your employer. Try to find 中藥名稱成分(labels or other printed materials from the manufacturer). Do not fight with your company. You do not know the Food & Drug law.
All the company has done sound strenge to you and to most of us, but all are legality.
