Is the shipment through postal office?

I know it is a federal crime to open other's mail and etc. Even it is company's address, you still should be the owner. I would think the company does not have the legal right to open it without your concession. (Like landlord cannot open his tenant's mail.)

BTW, you should start looking for another job.
