When you Beg them to give a shot as soon as they can, they didn't do any test to see if your wife will be allergic to the medicine.

But why you don't schedule with the doctor first? It should be your doctor to ask for an 麻醉師, not you, running around the hospital to find one.

As the second shot you might need them to explain why, but as far as I know, epyderal shots are hard to operate on, it not just a shot.So if your wife moved too much to cause the first shot fell out then you still need to pay for 2.

It is always reasonable to ask them for an explaination.
