your posting is not clear.

Is your son holding US passport? If so, assuming you are in US, just report it as lost/stolen and apply another one if you have the birth certificate. Even if your son is Chinese then you still can get a new passport for him if you have the sole legal custody of him in China.

You might want to public notorize your divorce paper in English translation.

Calm down and sort things out one by one.
