急！誰知道這種情況要找誰解決

我住在學校旁邊的公寓，暑假回國不在，所以這個暑假救把我的房間出租給一個女生，她也是學校學生，收了她400支票，7月底入支票，到現在都沒有進帳。我們的email是交易的證據。
現在應該怎麽辦？如果她賴賬要找警察解決嗎？
