Sublease和借錢問題

我在美國Florida,由於工作調動有一房打算Sublease給一美國學生，可是她沒有Credit,所以房東要她多交半月的房租作為Deposit。也就三百多刀，可她一下拿不出。如果我先替她付，再向她要一個借條不知道有多大的法律效力。有沒有什麽更好的辦法？其實也沒多少錢，對我來說並不重要，隻是想給她一點約束力。先謝了！
