律師收費有譜嗎？還是想收多少就收多少的？

我找的律師終於把房客趕走了，律師當時先收了＄1,000. 他做的事包括：5-day notice, forcible detainer, 出庭一次，和我打過一次電話(5分鍾)決定要不要發驅逐令 ，發驅逐令。這裏的其他律師就這點事一般收＄400左右，可這個律師還要我再付＄87。律師收費有譜嗎？還是想收多少就收多少的？
