Divorce questions. ASK for help

My friend,who got married in U.S in 1999, is going to divorce her hu*****and soon. And we are wondering if she can get the financial support from her hu*****and after the divorce.

It was said that the wife can claim the financial support after divorce from the hu*****and if the marriage is over 10 years? Is this true in IL? Thanks for any help!
