競有此事！法院已有判決，但tenant 卻撒謊說

上次開庭他沒有去，要求重新開庭。居然這樣法院也立案了，大家聽說過這種事嗎？法院難道沒有記錄嗎？ 我可以去法院要求撤銷這個案子嗎？
