I suggest you fill out new forms online. Bio information may not have changed since last time, but the answers to questions like 'when do you plan to go to the US' and 'how long do you plan to stay' are probably changing. Besides, there is no fee to fill out those forms online, why not? Also, I'm not sure if the bar code generated online includes the date/time when the form is filled out or not. So better safe than sorry.

Not sure of Guang Zhou's timing, but for Beijing it's one month (call 11/1, interview around 12/1).
