賣房closing date後律師遲遲不付房款

賣了房子。買方的房款已經交給律師，房子也搬入了。closing date已經過了一周，律師還在找種種借口不付房款，每回都說當天就去存款，第二天又找新的借口，而且電話總是沒人接。怎麽辦？？？
