I don't think you will be found liable according to what you said. You should not provide any insurance information to anyone. So you can protect youself. But keep in mind this assumes you did not have a ticket from police. If the others go after you in court, you may need to find an experienced lawyer. So (s)he can find faults in the bus driver and the passengers - improper driving and not have safety belt on.
