請教：離婚的問題

我們結婚四年，可以說是打架吵架了這麽久。徹底厭煩了，想離婚，可老公不幹，還
威脅說要把孩子拿走。他平時在家極懶惰又自私，我覺不會把孩子給他。請問大家
我該怎麽辦？
