You can always negotiate a good deal before you actually enter into an agreement.Just because the franchise might be a bad bargain, it is difficult for you to get released from contract duties. In addition, it is not a legitimate excuse that the franchisor did not sign the agreement. You did get the necessary training, which proved the existence of the contract and performance of contact duties. If you want to get out of it, you have to find another cause supplied by contract law or your contract, such as an illegal contract. Unfortunately I am not in a position of advising you of your viable option prior to reviewing your franchise agreement and being informed of how you entered into the agreement.
