my two co-works had same Name check problem. one is for green card, other is for citizen, first guy spend $7000 to hire a lawyer to sue FBI , he got his green card approve before court day, second is muslim, he sued FBI by himself, but he got help from muslim community service. both cases are settled two months ago. these two guy filed their case on local court.
first took 6 months, second took four months.

you should got help from lawyer, you don't know law, you don't know how to fight on court.
