為什麽有那麽多的租房糾紛呀？

Sorry, I do not have Chinese input.

Why are there so many problems for rentals? If people have good jobs and credits, those are not good enough? I just rented out my condo and I did not even check their credit because they work for named companies and I fell they are ok, but I am not sure yet.

My guess is that most people should be ok if they have good jobs and credit. For those who had bad experience, you guys had no choise because you could not find tenants easily or what? why that happened? just curious.
