你要找他麻煩的話,他家麻煩可能就大了.
各州法律不完全一樣但大體都是 bb gun cannot in possesion of minors under age 16 or 17 or 18 unless under direct supervision of an adult. if their parents were not at the scene, they are guilty of negligence.
Here, all guns must be locked in gun safe. If it is not locked and child is naughty and takes it to the streets, you will be arrested for negligence, even the gun is not loaded.
