1，我朋友的case以及前後不一致的清單可以證明房東的可信度（credibility）存在問題,這個在法庭上有用嗎？
2，從網上找到下麵一段：
The tenant appeals, claiming that because the landlord failed to return the tenant's deposit on his demand, the landlord's counterclaim for damage to the premises is prohibited by G. L. c. 186, § 15B(6), and the tenant is entitled to treble damages, interest, costs, and attorney's fees pursuant to G. L. c. 186, § 15B(7).
我是否也可以這樣請求呢？
現在有點體會到了老貓前天說的話，“您如果有錢,有閒,有時間,同時有真正的損失 ，您（才）可以考慮提出訴訟.”
