離開公司，還發工資應怎莫辦？

我一朋友的丈夫已離開一大公司，但公司還繼續給他發工資。顯然是搞錯了，但我朋友不想通知公司，如果公司發現後，比如說，很長時間， 會出現什莫樣的情況，需要負什莫法律的責任嗎？當然她會退錢給公司。她主要想看看公司的玩忽職守會到什莫時候發現？叩謝回答。
