當時的意思是3% 是給買方的broker.
所以,在additional terms,我們這麽寫:
Either party can cancel the contract with written notice, No question asked. Buyer can sell on his own & not pay 3% buyer broker commision.
這裏有個筆誤,正確的意思是,Buyer can buy on his own, and seller doesn't need to pay 3% to broker。
當時由於相信對方,所以沒有仔細讀。現在我們自己找了buyer, buyer 也同意沒有buyer broker。 可是我怎麽都無法請我(seller)的broker 來見麵,我想把這個筆誤改過來。否則的話,縱然房子是我自己賣,對方也沒有broker, 按照合同,最後那句話由於邏輯不同,我可能還是要付這個3%,對不對?
他總是說沒有時間,沒有必要見麵。他總是說有什麽事情,打電話,發傳真就行了。我這幾天為了這事情,心情遭透了,buyer 說好今天把合同做好給他,他可以辦理loan.
真是煩惱透了,怎麽辦呢?
