請教老貓！

前幾天從網上買了一台lenovo筆記本電腦，收到後，在安裝係統的時候，發現係統有問題，更本無法運行。然後給他們打電話，第二天，就給寄回去了。可是他們要15%的restocking fee。我覺得這有點不講道理了，是他們的電有問題，不是我的原因。為什麽要收我錢？給他們的經理電話，他們說，隻要你打開包裝，就要收費，這是公司的政策！！！

我覺得簡直被騙了！找他們理論也沒用，不知道怎麽辦了！請教各位給支個招！謝謝！！！
