What kind of file been copied from condidate's computer? If it's a file that condidate submitted for application, then your hu*****and have right to view this file. Then he has not done anything wrong.

Another fact is if the comoter can be password protected, which is the case for most of computers, why candidate did not lock the computer? Does this visiter intend to let your hu*****and access his/her computer? If this is the case, your hu*****and did nothuing wrong.
