Those are insurance company's business. They are not idiot. They will collect those money from other party. You cannot get anything from those money. Those money had already paid to doctor.

If you told others those hurt affect your work and you need take a rest. They should pay your those days' salary. But you cannot get those days' salary from company. It looks like no salary vacation. If you told others, because those hurt you lost job, you can ask more money.
