I had to pay $700 for my ATT cell phone bills due to

the same problem. They agreed to adjust it if I sign another two years' contract with them. I got so tired of ATT and stopped using their cell phones. So I just paid my bill after they gave me thirty dollars off. However, I had a problem with my home security system and BBB didn't help even though I filed my complaint. However, I wrote to the state consumer protection department and they contacted the company. They sent me a check right away. I found that office when I tried to search for small claims court. They listed other alternatives before going to the court. So check that resource out. Good luck.
