Has the baby stayed in hospital for a long time?

I am not sure about HMO. For my insurance, even for out-of-network hospitals and etc., the insurance will pay certain percentage (less than in-network, but at least >50%). There is also a maximum out-of-pocket per year number. $320K for a person with insurance sounds way too high to be true. I think this might be a mistake.

Talk to insurance company; talk to the hospital as well.
