請教加州離婚的request for enter default

這個petition FL-165的第四項選擇如下：
a. ___ Costs and di*****ursements are waived.
b. Costs and di*****ursements are listed as followings:
(1) ____ Clerks's fees
(2)_____ Process server's fees
(3)_____ Other (specify):

Total

c. I am the attonery, agent, or party who claims these costs. To the best of my knowledge and belief, the foregoing items of cost are correct and have been necessarily incurred in this cause or proceeding.


不太明白這幾項應該怎麽填，file了幾次court都說不對，但又不告知怎麽才是對的。 基本情況是我們這裏file 這個petition不需要fee, 我個人的支出就是幾塊錢的郵費，但並不準備讓對方分擔費用。
