Single Cat: Want to divorce, need suggestions

Recently, I accidently opened my wife's text messages box in her cell phone. I found she has some affairs with another man. I plan to divorce. Could you give me some suggestions on how I should go the process and protect my interests? I cannot type Chinese, so sorry for that.
