ticket for help!

When my car parked on a hill, I put my key to start engine but the engine did not start! I hit the break but can not stop my car running downhill to pedestrian. My car finally stopped by a stone. Police gave me ticket for "inattention driving". But my car is new car, my car never have problem before .
I want to find lawyer to defense in court. Do you think I will win?
