1. If you say that you will call the police, those kids will be afraid of you and will stop.

2. If you call the police, the kid will possiblly sent to certain kind of school for one year or two because of this. There is previous case like this.

3. Don't just tell us what we cannot do. Tell us how to solve or deal the problem.

4. Some bad guy just try to make other people (especialy us Chinese) afraid.
