Thanks a lot.

I didn't expect any deposit--the landlord was notorious
for not returning security deposits. I just didn't want
to waste any more time on this whole matter. Now I had to.

I didn't collect any evidence for the stains--plain naive, I admit--they were in the bathroom and within one
square meters. Who would've thought they would replace
the whole 2-bdrm unit's carpet and charge me for it!?
