I just got a manager job in my company, but nothing like CEO or anything even remote. My friend has some trouble in China and can't go back... It's a long story... The company (a trading company owned by a Chinese person) that sponsered his B1 visa refused to help him to extend his visa again.
My friend thinks I can just get a letterhead from my company and draft something bogus for him. His lawyer assured him the immigration office never calls to verify anything, so there is no risk for me. But I don't buy it...
No, it's NOT my company.

Just leave a letterhead to him. Don't sign anything.
