We just have had similar experience. The customer service sent us an affidavit form to sign, so they could reinburse us the money. Not sure what went wrong in your case. Maybe you need to ask to talk to supervisor next time.

Anyway, did some google for u.
It is suggested you try your best to solve the issue with the credit card company.
