You can talk to them to ask some compensations for them to terminate the lease. Let them look for the place for you. You can always refuse if you don't like the place they found for you. You can give them 3 demands: They have to find the place that you like for you, pay the moving expense and wavier the last month rent. All have to write down on the paper not oral agreement. You have full right to stay there until lease is expired.
