rules for admission of attorny and conselors at law section 520.6很confusing:

具體如下:(3) Proof of admission to practice in the foreign country or if you are not admitted to practice law in the foreign country than you must provide satisfactory proof that you have successfully completed the educational requirements for admission to practice in the foreign country, in compliance with 520.6(b)(1).
