It is your car already. Just bad luck for you. The dealer has no fault unless he knew of the engine problem (but how can you prove it, even if he knows).

You go to Bestbuy and buy a nice TV without warranty. Oen year later, the TV is dead. Do you think Bestbuy will give you another TV?
