真是急死了。 給了Offer後, seller 遲遲不給回富，Closing date

馬上就到了，當初給了5個星期，現在隻有兩個星期left. What should we do? Can we get out of the deal? Can we get our deposit back? Thanks a lot. Also, we did inspection, the repairation is almost the amount we put on the offer. What can be the worst situation? Pls, any suggetion is highly appreciated. Thanks
