The case would hardly be dropped due to the hard evidences, your wife's physical wound (witnessed by police), her reaction/confession to police and the fact she is pregnant.

I think you will be charged for sure but may not be the harsh punishment if this is your first police record on battery or violence.

BTW, your wife is super hypocritical and tricky. Be aware and learn from this incidence!
