車禍後求幫助

前一陣發生車禍, 是對方全責任, 當時叫了救護車. 現在對方保險公司發信說提供一次性$1000, 需要簽一份文件, 聲明以後不可以對保險公司,對方及其對方後人, 保險人所在公司提出任何訴訟,即使以後發現身體上有任何和車禍有關的病情.請問我應該簽嗎? 我有什麽權利嗎? 如何保護自己呢? 我現在沒有感覺什麽,除了當時頭暈,心跳過速等外. 謝謝任何善意的回答和幫助!
