Sorry I cannot type Chinese. I was caught this morning by two policemen on my way to work. I just followed the flow of the cars on a road with a lot of lights and heavy trafic. They stopped me and said I drove in 40 miles. The speed limit is 25 miles. I said I just followed other cars, they said noting but still issue a ticket to me. I looked at the ticket later and found that I need to go to a court. Here are my questions:
1. Do I have to go to the court? Can I just call and pay the fine?
2. If I have to go to the court, can I reschedule the date because I will be out of town on that date?
3. Will this issue influence my personal record (for credit or future employment)?
4. Anyway/tips for me to argue the case?
Thanks a lot for all your kind comments and help!
