BTW, from my experience, it is

better to find a good PD, work with several (<6) other PDs in a small clinic. Normally, the PD will associate with local big hospital. For normal baby growing up check-ups or small problem, this kind of clinic works best. The stuff are stable and knowlegable. You normally won't get "training" person there. Also, less opportunity to contact germs.
