Lawyer made a deal with proceutor, plead in abeyance , some court fee (interpretor fee) no violation in 3 monthes , file dismissed after 3 months.

Is there anyone can tell me, will this affect future GC application? Interpretor told me if apply GC in another state, the record hard to be known.
