haha, i am still clearing my hu*****and credit mess, everytime i do so, i truly feel like a loser, however my hu*****and's insurance has saved me thousands, that calms me down. but when i have problems, i donot lie to my family and friends, they always endorse me and give me advises as well.

Australia is also british-American type of Case law stystem, similar. since ur sister has married over 10 yrs, i think she can ask for life time alimony, not giving up the child custy and ask for a very high amount child support. ur sister disease is not fatal at all, it is very possible and likely. my stupid and crazy relative has 2 kids with her late hu*****and, she has not gotten out of neighborhood for over 10 yrs, when they divorce, she still gets kids' custy, of course she is in FL, USA.
as for this money he's transfered back to China, unless ur sister can prove, it is extremely hard to get it back.
