how should we do ?

One customer bounced our check with big amount. we are not in the same state. They said they will get the money back to us, but actually all their bank accounts have been hold by bank and can't use any of their money. We checked with their bank and the banker said they are doing investigation regarding the fraud issue. How should we do next? Thanks for your help.
