if they mind it too much for you to have your legal councel to go over these documents with you present.
does your company have labor unions ?
if they do, you can bring it up with them.
the HR laws get updated every year, if you ever decide to sue them, you will need an experienced HR lawyer to look at your case.
if it is a big company, then you will have a better bet to go to mediation with them if you have a strong case.
but if it's a small company, you might just want to go to small claims court, because you are not going to have a lot to be pined. because i believe all those incidents occured in private, im sure.
