怎樣才能拿回贖金

上次老貓先生 給出的主意挺好。找律師要求地區法官不予起訴 "我的2級非法進入"， 可是保釋公司拖時間不給返還贖金，老貓先生我該怎麽辦。給他打電話，他說我的英語不好， 無法交流，還說髒話。其實他的英語是非籍美語，故意說不清。故意不返還。5月10日我的案子了結了當日律師fax通知他的，他說沒問題一周返還。應該是寄支票吧。可是當時他給的收據上沒有我的具體地址。怎樣返還。謝謝。
